How does EventYield match my transactions to events?
EventYield syncs your Square transactions and Google Calendar events, then uses timezone-aware matching with your event times (plus a 1-hour buffer before and after) to assign each transaction to the correct event automatically.
What if I run multiple events at the same time?
EventYield recognizes different Square devices. If you use separate devices at different events, transactions are grouped by device and matched to the correct event.
How accurate are the revenue numbers?
Revenue totals come directly from Square Payments API and match your Square Dashboard exactly.
Does EventYield work with POS systems other than Square?
Currently EventYield supports Square. Clover integration is coming soon.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings, Data, Export Data (CSV). You can export all events, monthly summaries, top sellers, and location performance.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All connections use HTTPS. Integration tokens are encrypted with AES-256. We support Face ID and Touch ID. We never sell or share your data.
